Renee C. Made in USA Dress

This petit dress has its tag cut out but I believe it is some kind of Rayon blend. It is made in the USA by designer Renée C. The front is a couple inches longer than the back and as you can see from measurements it is kind of short so probably best for a shorter gal with boobs that will lift the front a bit. As a 5’8 person I actually used to just wear it backwards with the button open so it looked like a v-neck! As you can see, one side has horizontal stripe while the other is vertical.
