closetivity @shopper85 I re-measured the dress from top of the strapless bodice to the hem and got the same measurement of 55.25". I saw that you're getting the 62" measurement from the website but it says "from shoulder". Since there is no shoulder to the dress (it's strapless), maybe they are calculating the measurement as though there is a shoulder. Just a thought.

closetivity @shopper85 I don't know what an elastin is but there is a thicker band along the hem to maintain the bell shape of the bottom. There's also an interior bodice support.
