Excellent condition with no flaws! All stones intact. Gorgeous black velvet Rene Caovilla open toe 4-inch heels, 0.75'' platform with black rhinestones all around the bottom of the shoe. The shoes are in perfect condition, size 40 but runs small and fits like a true size 9US. No box, but will ship in a soft protective pouches.
