Shoe ships in original box and all padding inside! Worn ONCE for a 60 min photoshoot & got slightly damaged. Walked in ice (not recommended clearly) and it damaged the heel on both sides. Not too noticeable from far away and I didn’t try to fix them. Size 7.5
