@sporraz hi there! I’ve only wore them once so I can’t really attest too much to comfort. According to re-mix’s site with the short toe box of the babydoll most people prefer to go a half size up, these would probably fit a 5 or small 5.5 best! When I wore these (pre kiddo) I was a true 5.5 and they fit well. I hope this helps!
