Still works! Regular wear and tear. Only one area where cord is melted and cord met the iron. Plates are clean. Everyday usage up until a year ago. Temp goes up to 455. Auto shut off and has a locked close position. Cord is not twisted, just a little wear and tear for age. Original owner.
