In used condition, this is a sterling silver Volleyball Player Oval Disc Charm by Rembrandt Charms, Style #3355. You can still find this charm on Rembrandt's website. The volleyball player, the net and the rim of the charm are in shiny pewter, whereas the background is a different texture for contrast.
