Booties have blue shoe laces and are decorated with small, pink polka dots. It is about 4.5" tall where the baby is and booties measure about 4.25 x 4.25". Marked RELPO C766 JAPAN on the bottom. AS IS. Lots of crazing, can see seams from molding process, a few chip-like areas on base, but seem to be manufacturing defects rather than actual chips, a bit dirty inside, etc. Please review pictures carefully.
