Relic black suede w/ embroidered leather handle

Not sure if this is vintage or not but it is a super cute suede purse with leather handles that are embroidered with a floral pattern in red green blue and yellow. This purse is in excellent condition but is missing the longer strap handle as you can see there are Metal loops on either side for it to attached. There is a zippered pocket as well as a pouch on the opposite side. Please see photos for additional details.
