Reko for Topshop Anchor print dress

NWT! This viscose anchor print dress is SO cute! I bought it in London at Topshop and just never got a chance to wear it. The fabric is thicker so it it not see through. Elastic waist. So easy to just throw on with some wedges and go! Runs small but the material is stretchy. UK 8 is really a US 2/4 or XS/S.
