Velvet burnout (viscose, nylon, silk) sleeveless top by Reiss. It’s sheer where it isn’t velvet, and comes with a polyester black cami to wear underneath. The burnout sleeveless top has snaps to hold straps in place at the shoulders. There is a button to cinch at the waist, in the front, creating a drape look from shoulder to waist. Elastic and button closure at the neck in the back. Dry cleanable or hand wash cool.
