whimsicalwillo @treasures2luv hi! Waist is is 13 inches. The material does have some stretch to it. Fabric content is 95% polyester and 5% elasthane ;)

whimsicalwillo @mira285 hi, it’s 30 inches. It’s not a stiff polyester it has stretch to it. I would say maybe an inch on both sides but if you’re looking for a lot of stretch like jersey material? I would not recommend this dress. Hope this helps!
