I sized up in the pants so that it fit my hips and legs properly. My hips are about 36". You should probably have similar dimensions to fit. The blazer is a fashionably oversized fit for me. there is a small mark on the collar visible in one of the photos, but I believe it would come out easily at the dry cleaners ANOTHER DISCLAIMER: The model photos are from the current year, but this set is from last year. From what I can tell the blazer is the same, but it looks like the new pants are high rise. These pants are more of a MID-RISE
