Reiss Dress I bought in England in 2021. Only been worn three times.

Reiss Dress in black, blue and white floral. The dress has long sleeves, V-neckline, western back yoke, hits just above the knee, and has a draw string low waist tie. The skirt or the dress is lined and has ruffle detailing throughout. Great to wear with white sneakers or heels.
