Reign Back Brushed Floral Knit back Strappy Dress

Brand new, never worn. Price tag removed but original brand tag still attached. Soft & stretchy fabric, black with an array of colorful flowers. Top is fully lined in a black fabric to the waist. Skirt seems like it would fly out with a good twirl. Lovely dress for a summer wedding!!
