Cute, flower print windbreaker jacket by Rei in a size Medium For girls 8-10. Jacket is water resistant but as Rei likes to disclose it has its limits. My daughter never complained on rainy days and it did manage to keep her dry. Hood has bill to keep the sun and sprinkles from eyes & nose . Roomy front pockets,ID patch inside is unused and ready for it new owners name. A few gray marks in back (see pic with dime), they may wash out. Jacket closes with zipper/logo snaps.From a non smoking home.

xcountryvwbus @kdownes429 in looking at it further it could be that it is coated. It is not transparent and seems to add to it being resistant to some weather conditions.
