Rehab Blue Velvet Heart Cut Out Dress EUC

Super cute dress with a skater skirt, sweetheart neckline, heart cut out detail in the back, and also an inner lining! Just not my style anymore. Runs big, this is a Size Small but I took it in years ago to be a 25-26 inch waist. Fabric wasn’t cut so you can take this out if you want. Thick velvet material, I used to wear this in winter with leg warmers or tights / boots. It also has an inner lining. Zipper in the back works perfectly. EUC Length top to bottom - 33 inches Waist - 12.5 inches flat
