Reggio VINTAGE Synthetic Velvet Little Black Dress LBD

Vintage used condition as shown in photos. Geometric pattern bodice with plain skirt. Namely, take note that the dress has a hook closure at the back of the neck, one hook does not have an opening to hook to and the other hooks into a thread. I believe the dress could be worn without hooking the hooks, or a replacement hook could be fashioned!
