Regal Behavior Black Tulle Strapless Maxi Dress

NWT. Sweetheart neckline (with hidden no-slip strips) and a pleated, strapless bodice with supportive hidden side boning. High, fitted waist sits atop a flowing A-line skirt that ends at a floor-sweeping maxi hem. Hidden back zipper/clasp. Dress arrived from Lulus with glue on the bust, though dry cleaners removed some. Could be covered/pinned easily (fabric is shirred). I bought the dress for a gala and had it shortened slightly (white marks in photos is tailor’s chalk), but I did not attend, so the dress has never been worn. Bust 15.5”, length 51”
