mommyjoyto2 @rinxo they are not high rise and are stretchy. I laid them out this morning to measure for you and when my daughter called I forgot to go back. I will send more info after work.

mommyjoyto2 @rinxo: 98 cotton 2 spandex. RN#101331. Stretchy, no problem there. 9” from inseam to waistband top and a 4” zipper. 33” waist without stretching it. Hope this helps.
