Refuge Skin Tight dark wash jeggings. Tag says Size 8 but they fit like a 4. NOTE! I’ve listed under a Size 4. Refer to measurements for appropriate fit. 68% cotton, 30% polyester, 2% spandex. Inseam measures 28”. Rise measures 7.5” Very subtle factory fading. Excellent condition
