@sleahy yeah totally! laid flat without the ties it is 16 inches and opened end to end laid flat it is 36.5 inches total. lmk if that helps!

Hey no worries at all - sorry for my delay in reply I was travelling for the better part of May. I'm actually in the same boat using this for a bridesmaid dress.
- I reposhed it because the L was too short for me. I did purchase from someone else, so I can't attest to if it has been washed or not. The tag is missing from the inside of the dress. Other than that, its in near perfect condition.
-Dress is fully lined, yes.
-Happy to post a pic of me measuring if you are still interested.
