Reformation Vintage Denim Jacket

Reformation vintage denim jacket. This was originally a Levi’s jacket and the sleeves were removed and replaced with gray sweatshirt material. The size is unknown and it fits like a M/L. Please note, there are no Reformation tags, but you can see the remnants of the tag where the X is. My packages come nicely packed with tissue paper!
