sammy_nyc @patriciam17 hi! yep it definitely does, but not too much — the top does more so, mainly because the skirt has that thin hem waistline that for sure has some give but less so than the rest of the skirt and the top. i can measure top/bottom if you’d like just let me know :) also the other side of the velvet is like a smooth material that might help you see what kind of stretch it might have ,can add a pic of that too!
