Reformation Vanessa Dress in Fan Print 2

I believe this dress was originally a Vanessa dress, but has been altered into a mini dress by removing the fabric above the side slit. If so, it was professionally done and is without issue. The model photos of the Vanessa are included to show the fit of the top of the dress, including the back cutout. Dark blue dress with white fan print. Long sleeves, fitted bodice, and back cutout details.
