This dress has had the straps altered. The straps measure 13.5" from the back to bust line.
Reposhing this item I purchased from @modestgrace. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new.
After I received dress from @modestgrace. I detached the straps to make a halter- but can easily be switched back. Only worn to take a couple photos.

Hi, I think I didn’t realize when I offered that the straps were so altered. Were they shortened at all? If I have a seamstress put them back in the correct place, will they be shorter than what they were originally?

@virginia646 that’s ok! The previous seller shortened them permanently and they were way too short. Took them off the back and pined it as a halter. If I had the time I was going to hem it anyway and use the added fabric to lengthen the straps.
