Reformation Sigmund dress, size 12, navy with white spots

Reformation Sigmund dress, size 12, navy with white spots. Worn once and has been dry cleaned. There is some slight fabric pulling under the arms (picture included) because the arms are pretty tight. Can’t see the pulling when arms are down.
