What bust size would you say this fits? Does it run small?

@juliav4926 I’m a 32a and it’s a little large on me. It also depends on if you like low cut or prefer higher cut. It’s a little big on my bust and a little lower cut than I personally like. I think it would look really good on the next size up, like a 34b or so.
