Reformation Navy Long Formal Wrap Dress, Size Small

Reformation deep V wrap dress only worn once! I had this dress shortened - I’m 5’3” and it was above my ankles after being tailored. Dress is in perfect condition. Length: shoulder to hem measures 123 cm long Dress is double lined. The dress ruffles are flattering and form a similar pattern on the front and the back. It’s a beautiful dress!
