Hi, that waist measurement seems really small. Could the cleaners have shrunk it? Lol

@annewebbs the picture of the waist measurement may have been incorrectly taken! You can see in the pic below that the back was drooping down. When you wear it, the back lays evenly so the measurement from the listing is likely correct
