Reformation Lorena mini dress in blue and white gingham. Has a plunging neckline, ruched sleeves, button closures at waist, a tie waist inside and outer waist button closure. Worn once or twice and dry cleaned since. Size M but runs small. Has a slight stain on the inside which doesn't show on the back (see photos).
