leacalifornia @crassula hi, before you ship I just want to confirm the “no flaws” aspect? Does it look dry cleaned rather than through the wash? Shag can condense and look bad if it’s not appropriately laundered, so just want to double check that “no flaws” is accurate before you ship it. Otherwise probably best to cancel the order.
