Reposhing this item I purchased from @janiceko. It’s a bit too snug in the hips for me, so I’m rotating it out and will be looking for more *flare* from a “fit and flare” silhouette. Fits me well through the bust and hips (I’m 32” bust and 27” waist, 38” hips) but this dress would fit a larger bust, as well — mine doesn’t totally fill it out. It does fit over my hips just fine, but the skirt isn’t as flared out as I was hoping for. If you’re hoping for a true fit and flare silhouette, you probably need narrower hips than I have.
