Reformation Julienne Dress with Flutter Sleeves

Reformation XS Julienne gorgeous black dress. Worn once only. Great for a wedding or fun event. Semi-sheer, but fabric is dark and thick enough that you can't see through. would wear a sticky bra/use tape. fully adjustable wrap waist. 16" pit-to-pit, 56" from top to bottom. I'm 5'9” and could wear 3-4" heels easily.
