100% viscose with stretch. Light baby blue in color, straps and lace are ivory. Stretch backing with zip up closure. Adjustable straps. Runs small. If normally a size 8, this would fit. I am normally a size 4-6 in the chest and the chest fit perfect with padded bra. Never worn, brand new with tags. Excellent, new condition.
