Elastic waistband. High rise with hidden zipper on the side and zippers at the feet. This is a medium weight stretch knit ponte fabric - 97% Micro modal / 3% Spandex. Hand wash + dry flat. Never worn, still has tags. Very stretchy, comfy, and flattering.
