Reformation Cynthia High-Rise Straight, Vana wash 29

Reposhing this item I purchased from @sarabeth73. Excellent quality and the wash is perfect, but these are too small and fitting more like a 28. I own some Cynthia’s and I’m a reliable 29, relaxed 30! I almost feel like they’re tagged with the wrong size. Washed black (Vana). Worn once since receiving. Purchased NWT but tags have since been removed. Questions?
