Reformation Creed Dress with open back & thigh high slit

This is a high neck, midi length dress with a side slit, slightly puffed shoulders and a center back keyhole detail. It’s fitted in the bodice with an easy fitting skirt. Good condition, has been washed & worn but no damage or visible wear.
