Reformation Carolena Dress Green Polka Dot 6

I briefly wore this dress once. It has been dry cleaned and was kept in sealed garment bag. It’s in great shape. The dress can be worn to weddings or can be dressed down. It has a fitted bodice with a keyhole opening in the back, and a high slit in the front.
