Lug sole heel, round toe, low heel height.
Upper is made from box calf a heritage leather that is quite firm but will soften over time. Spot clean or mild soap.
Beautiful loafers in great condition but did not fit me. Worn out once. I have added adhesive pads on the heel; these can be removed. Please see pictures!

Do you find that they run true to size or small or large?

@ilovemyparakeet They're close to true to size- I'm usually a 9, but had to size up to 9.5 to have more room in the toes. This led to some slipping in the heel though when walking. YMMV!

@justplainme1 apologies for the late reply! I’d say the width runs somewhere in the middle- not too wide or too narrow. The leather is stiff but will break in over time to your foot!
