Hi, could you tell me the waist measurement is for both the top and skirt? Does the skirt fit high waisted?

@melizarr011 hi, I’ve added more pictures, the fabric does not have much stretch so I would be conservative in considering the 13 waist and 15 top…the skirt sits high a bit below my ribcage
