Reed & Barton silver bowl

Reed & Barton signed small silver bowl with red enamel in inside. Beautiful and has original paperwork. Great to use fir trinkets or as a beautiful piece on its own. Not sure if just silver plated or silver throughout but outside is definitely silver. Has some tarnish on outside. The sun is shining on it so it looks like a big spot.
