Reed & Barton #65? Repoussé Silverplate Hand Mirror Ornate Floral Antique Vanity

I have driven myself crazy trying to research this piece. I am pretty sure the number on the size is #65. But if this is the pattern, it does not look like other BR#65s Im seeing out there on flatware, etc. I cannot find this exact mirror anywhere, so I feel like its a bit special. Its very attractive, I feel like its very old. At least over a century, but I cannot say for 100% certainty. If anyone reading this knows something about it, I welcome any info.
