Lightweight (much lighter than the Nano X that came after) Flexweave breathable upper Ropero grip outsole, perfect for rope climbs and overall durability 4 mm heel to toe drop; nice balance between the later model’s 7 mm and a Chuck Taylor’s 0 mm. Perfect for lifting, squats. Just enough cushioning to make them runnable (they were positively reviewed by Runner’s World) while still providing the stability you need for lifting and metcon workouts. A favorite CrossFit shoe! Like new; have worn in indoor gym a few times but photos show current condition; no sign of wear that I can see!
