I bought these beautiful NEVER WORN heels. Still in box, packaged. Has soft velvet outside with a lovely flower accent. It runs a bit small so it could fit a 7 1/2 or 7. When I got home I notice the black speck on the heel. And unfortunately the store wouldn't let me exchange/return.
