hollywolly32 @sloanpaschen hi hun❤️❤️ yes i found this pair to run true to being a 28. Ive posted measurements. Redone levis are 100% cotton so theirs no stretch or give to them. You can measure a pair of ur own 100% cotton jeans and compare to see if theyd fit, make sure u compare ur non stretch jeans measurements to these and not stretchy ones🥰hope this helps🥰
