Reddish orange color maxi dress with open back

This is a brand new dress. It’s a bit long for me! I’m 5’4”. I got into kite surfing and am mostly in my wetsuits. Never got to wear this and I’m now trying to clean out my closet. This is a size small. Size 2 or 4. The dress is brand new, but I’m not sure if it has the tag.
