Red Flare Tank/Mini Dress

Cute bright red high quality tank/mini dress. Stretchy ruched bust area with dramatic v cut and tie ribbon in back. Has a zipper on the side for easy access. The ribbon in the back doesn’t actually tighten the shirt, just for looks. Definitely will want to wear shorts with it because it is pretty short. The tag says size M but it fits more like a S.
