Red white blue stripe dress

This dress reminds me of a mixture of the 4th of July and Pippy Longstockings! The top features red and white pin stripes, the skirt is a solid print blue. Has deep pockets and red accent buttons. Zips in the back. The top portion of the dress has started to pill, but it is just the nature of the fabric, doesn’t look bad at all!
