Red, white, and black paisley dress

This dress is adorable and fun! The neckline hits mid-chest and has an umpire waist. The bottom of the dress is cut in large triangular shapes to make a beautiful twirl while you spin. The design on the dress is puffy, not directly the fabric. VERY stretchy and flattering. Sizing says petite L, comfortably fits a woman at 5'10'' in a size 1x.
